Job Description
We are looking for a super motivated intern to join our French department, and help us to build and develop our Acquisition & Engagement strategies, using channels including CRM (emails, push notifications, inapp pushes), paid media (SEA, social ads, display, video ads) and auto-promotion (display, video and audio ads on Deezer).
You will assist the FR Acquisition & Engagement Team in the definition, implementation, follow-up and reporting of CRM, paid media and autopromo operations in France.

What you will do :

Support the team in building and delivering Deezer CRM strategy on the French market
Brief copy-writing and studio teams to create copy and graphic assets for the upcoming CRM communications
Brief data team to create ad-hoc targeting audience for the upcoming CRM communications
Update and share data reports regularly in order to monitor results
Contribute in defining new communications for CRM, aimed at driving conversions, engagement, retention and upsell
Support the team in building and delivering Media campaigns : special projects and ad-hoc campaigns, including media plan definition, agency briefing, set-up and data reporting on results
Support the Acquisition & Engagement team in planning & coordinating the media & CRM campaigns (whether content, editorial, special projects or ongoing topics), by working closely with FR content & communications teams, and synchronizing with global CRM and media teams
Contribute to deepdive data analysis and presentations reporting on campaigns results and learning.
